tr8ck provides a personal health tracking application that lets you log health metrics and receive pattern-based insights. We offer free, subscription, and lifetime access tiers. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page.
You own your health data. tr8ck does not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for purposes beyond providing the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You may not use tr8ck to:
Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Lifetime plans are one-time payments with no recurring charges.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. To request a refund, email hello@tr8ck.app within 30 days of purchase.
tr8ck's insights, correlations, and suggestions are generated from your personal tracking data and are not reviewed by medical professionals. They are intended to help you notice patterns in your own data — not to diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, or replace the advice of a doctor, dietitian, or other healthcare provider.
tr8ck is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any health outcomes, decisions made based on tr8ck data, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
